KEEP THE HANDS OF THE WEST OFF
KOSOVO, MONTENEGRO AND ALL OF EX-YUGOSLAVIA!

After the destruction of the
Yugoslav Federation as a result of the secession of Slovenia and Croatia, and the
isolation of Serbia; after the continuous sowing of hatred and war among the
peoples of the Balkans; after NATO’s military occupation of Bosnia and
Macedonia; after the simultaneous beginning of the savage exploitation of Balkan
workers by Western companies and banks; after having done all of this, once again the
imperialist States, with the USA in the forefront and Italy in the pack, are preparing
to sink their teeth into the "final" titbits of their Yugoslavian banquet –
Kosovo, Montenegro and Serbia.
· The reason they give to justify their new intervention in
the Balkans is the defence of human rights in Kosovo. Lies! The extent to which the West
has the living conditions of the Albanian peoples at heart is clearly reflected in the
work of destruction, starvation and stripping of Albania that it has carried out over the
last ten years. The extent to which the West has the "human rights" of the
working masses of the "Third World" has been seen in its infamous aggression
against Iraq and Somalia, and its strangling of Cuba, Africa and South-East Asia. And it
can still be seen in the barbarous treatment that the "civil" West reserves
within its borders for the immigrants from Albania, the countries of the East, and the
coloured countries.
No credit can therefore be given to the new intervention in the
Balkans: the "human rights" that the imperialist governments prattle on about
are simply their own interests in preying on this as in other areas of the world. Their
action "to safeguard the Albanian population in Kosovo" is nothing other than a
means of tightening further chains around the necks of the people in Kosovo and the rest
of the Balkans, as well as around the necks of the proletariat in the West.

AND MILITARY OCCUPATION OF THE BALKANS BY WESTERN EXPLOITERS AND WARMONGERS!
· NO TO THE EMBARGO AGAINST THE SERBIAN PEOPLE!
· EXPEL IMPERIALISM FROM THE BALKANS!
· NO TO THE OPPRESSION OF THE SERBIAN STATE AGAINST THE
ALBANIAN PEOPLES IN KOSOVO! NO TO THE REACTIONARY POLICY OF MILOSEVIC & Co., WHO
INTEND TO HURL THE WORKERS OF SERBIA AGAINST THE MASSES OF KOSOVO!
· FOR THE UNITED CLASS UPRISING OF ALL OF THE PEOPLES OF THE
BALKANS AGAINST THEIR OWN BOURGEOISIES AND AGAINST IMPERIALISM! IT IS ONLY BY JOINING THIS
CLASS FRONT THAT EACH OF THE NATIONALITIES IN THE BALKANS – INCLUDING THAT OF THE
ALBANIANS – CAN REGAIN ITS HISTORICAL DIGNITY!
· MILITANT AND INTERNATIONALIST SUPPORT FROM THE WESTERN
PROLETARIAT FOR THE EXPLOITED MASSES OF EX-YUGOSLAVIA!
· FOR THE FULL INTEGRATION OF THE IMMIGRANT BALKAN PROLETARIAT
IN THE RANKS OF THE ITALIAN CLASS MOVEMENT!
